Sr. Backend Developer TypeScript (m/f/d).

What can you expect if you join us?

  • You'll be working on one of our API first SaaS solutions for fiscalization

  • You’ll be part of a team formed out of 3 - 5 people with an end2end delivery responsibility. You will be involved in the whole product lifecycle, from development to deployment and operations for the software you and your team will create

  • You will also support your team and the Technical Product Owner to analyse German documentation when required

You will be a fit for our team if

  • You have at least 5 years of full time working experience in software development

  • You are comfortable working with Typescript, ideally involving building scalable API based systems

  • You are comfortable working with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL)

  • You are familiar with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka

  • You care about software quality and reflect that in the code you write (clean code)

  • You can effectively communicate abstract ideas and concepts to others

  • You are, preferably, located in/near Vienna, or within a ±2h time difference, and are ideally allowed to work within EU borders

  • You are fluent in English 

You will impress us if

  • You’re fluent in German, and can support the team to analyse German documentation

  • You have worked with Golang before, or would like to learn more about it

  • You have used GCP and / or Kubernetes (GKE) in the past

  • You are interested in GitOps and Infrastructure as Code

  • You are familiar with Domain Driven Design (DDD) and Hexagonal Architecture

  • You dare to lead, and you're curious to discover new ways of solving complex problems

  • You are willing to develop yourself continuously, personally, and professionally
