Our SIGN IT product powers fiscal receipt processing for the Italian market, and you’ll play a critical role in its success. 🛠What You’ll Do
- Own the backend development of the SIGN IT solution
- Translate legal and compliance requirements into scalable, production-ready code
- Build and optimize APIs and backend services in Golang
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape architecture and strategy
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Drive end-to-end delivery, from feature planning to monitoring in production
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders — including regulators
- Help create reusable solutions that can scale to other teams and markets
- You’ll actively apply AI/ML tools (e.g., code generation, anomaly detection, test automation) to enhance software quality, performance, and efficiency
âś… What You Bring
Must-Have Experience:
- 5+ years in backend development
- You’ve applied AI to improve backend systems—whether through automated scaling, anomaly detection, or intelligent logging
- 2+ years working with Golang
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and distributed systems
- Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
- Experience with software architecture patterns and scalable backend design
- Proven ability to mentor junior developers and lead by example
- Full professional proficiency in Italian (C1) and English
- You have hands-on experience or a strong drive to integrate AI and automation into your development workflows—e.g., using tools like GitHub Copilot, Codeium, or your own scripts
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with GitOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools
- Familiarity with RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, or Google Cloud services
- Agile mindset (without being process-heavy)
