People & Culture Specialist (m/f/d) .

What you'll be working on if you join

  • You’ll be part of our small People and Culture team
  • You'll drive our recruiting efforts and the recruitment process itself
  • You'll drive the onboarding of new team members
  • You'll lead the internal and external brand building efforts as part of the broader People & Culture strategy (coordinating events, videos, social ...)
  • A scale-up environment
  • Last but not least, you'll get the chance to shape how the future of our organisation will look like

You will be a fit for our team if

  • You stay true to yourself; we strive for a diverse environment where people of every gender are valued and welcome
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role (HR Generalist)
  • You have experience with using various methods for attracting new talent, and retaining them
  • You love working with people (treating them with kindness and care)
  • You have a solution-oriented way of thinking
  • You have the ability to easily communicate ideas and concepts
  • You feel comfortable to work in a team, but also you enjoy driving and leading topics on your own
  • You are allowed to work within the EU borders, you are located near Vienna
  • You are fluent in both English and German

  • You have experience with onboarding new employees
  • You have the courage to lead the efforts in discovering new solutions for the problems we try to solve
  • You are curious and willing to develop yourself continuously, personally and professionally
