Verifactu Pre-Production environment opens officially for developers.

The Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT) has announced this week that they have opened voluntary submission web services for Verifactu systems, as well as the QR validation service for both Veri*factu and Non-Veri*factu modes in the External Testing environment, in pre-prod. Additionally, they have announced more updates for the upcoming weeks, when the official Ministerial Order is expected to be released.
