🛠 What You’ll Do

  • Own the backend development of the SIGN IT solution

  • Translate legal and compliance requirements into scalable, production-ready code

  • Build and optimize APIs and backend services in Golang

  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape architecture and strategy

  • Support and mentor junior team members

  • Drive end-to-end delivery, from feature planning to monitoring in production

  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders — including regulators

  • Help create reusable solutions that can scale to other teams and markets

✅ What You Bring

Must-Have Experience:

  • 5+ years in backend development

  • 2+ years working with Golang

  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and distributed systems

  • Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)

  • Experience with software architecture patterns and scalable backend design

  • Proven ability to mentor junior developers and lead by example

  • Full professional proficiency in Italian (C1) and English

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with GitOps and CI/CD pipelines

  • Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools

  • Familiarity with RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, or Google Cloud services

  • Agile mindset (without being process-heavy)
