The position: For our subsidiary DF Deutsche Fiskal GmbH, we are seeking a dedicated sales professional. In this role, you will be responsible for key customer and partner relationships, manage sales targets, and make a significant contribution to Deutsche Fiskal's financial success. You will conduct contract negotiations, support the development and maintenance of partner networks, and drive customer acquisition.

Your area of responsibility

  • Planning, controlling and monitoring sales targets
  • Sales controlling, cost planning and control
  • Contact person for the customer regarding all matters relating to Deutsche Fiskal
  • Ensuring the economic success of Deutsche Fiskal with the respective customer and maintaining the existing customer relationship
  • Support of a functioning partner network
  • Escalation management (internal and towards customers)
  • Acquisition of potential customers and partners as well as experience in cold calling
  • Conception and coordination of contract documents
  • Independent negotiation of customer and partner contracts
  • Further development of the partner concept including the necessary framework conditions
  • Using AI-driven tools (e.g., for lead scoring, email outreach personalization, competitor intelligence, CRM enrichment) as part of your sales process

Your profile 

  • You have successfully completed your studies (at least a Bachelor's degree) and ideally have 3 years of solid experience in software sales (cloud sales) or a comparable qualification with relevant experience.
  • Ideally, you have some experience in the field of cash register software and/or billing systems for retail companies or related areas.
  • You have the ability to challenge decision-makers and build consensus with the client's executives.
  • You are a flexible problem solver with strong team player skills
  • You are characterized by strong listening skills and excellent communication skills (both oral and written).Y
  • You are able to present solutions both directly to the customer and in virtual meetings.
  • You are well structured, organized and work efficiently.
  • You already use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Lavender, Clay, Apollo, Gong) to optimize your outreach, follow-ups, or research — and you're comfortable experimenting with new tech to close smarter and faster
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German and English (at least B2).
