🚀 Join fiskaly! Help Us Simplify Receipts for Millions
Millions of people interact with fiskaly every day, even if they don’t realize it. As a B2B company, we power the retail technology behind digital receipts and secure, legally compliant transactions. In Italy, we help retailers go fully digital and eliminate the need for hardware like fiscal printers to issue and manage receipts.
By making receipts tamper-proof through digital signatures, we help fight tax fraud. And with our paperless receipt solution, we offer consumers a modern alternative while helping merchants streamline their operations.
Sure, our solutions sound complex but our mission is simple: make receipts easy for everyone.
💼 The Role
You will be the primary technical guide for customers integrating our E-Invoicing API. This role combines immediate impact with strategic growth: you will support our existing European customer base (Italy, Spain, France, and Germany) while acting as the key "Subject Matter Expert" for our upcoming expansion into the Polish market. Your mission is to ensure readiness for the KSeF mandate and guarantee that customer data moves seamlessly from their systems to the tax authorities.
You will spend your day deep-diving into JSON payloads, XML files, and API logs to understand exactly why a transaction failed. We expect you to work smarter, not harder, leveraging AI tools to parse complex validation reports and generate code snippets that solve problems instantly. You are not just a support agent; you are a troubleshooter, a teacher, and a technical advisor.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
- European Integration Support: Guide customer development teams through the technical integration of our API across our active markets. You will help them map internal data to standard formats like Peppol BIS, UBL, or FatturaPA.
- Polish Market Readiness: As we ramp up for Poland, you will test and support specific Polish integration flows (e.g., mapping to the FA(2) structure for KSeF).
- Deep-Dive Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve complex validation errors. You tell the customer exactly which field is missing or malformed, whether it's a VAT ID in a Spanish invoice or a session token for a Polish gateway.
- API Guidance: Help customers debug their integration using tools like Postman or cURL, providing actionable technical insights rather than generic advice.
- Documentation & Enablement: Create developer-centric documentation. You might write a guide on "Handling Cross-Border VAT" today, and a guide on "How to authenticate with KSeF via fiskaly" tomorrow.
- Voice of the Customer: You will identify technical friction points in our API and report them to Product and Engineering—specifically ensuring our product fits the needs of the Polish market.
👀 What You Bring
- Technical Fluency: You are comfortable working with REST APIs and have a deep understanding of data formats like JSON and XML. You are not afraid of opening a large XML file to find a syntax error.
- Tool Proficiency: You know your way around developer tools (Postman, cURL, Log Analysis tools).
- Domain Knowledge: Experience with EDI, ERPs, or E-Invoicing standards (Peppol, XRechnung, FatturaPA) is a massive advantage. If you have knowledge of the Polish KSeF system, that is a game-changer.
- Service Mindset: You are patient and clear. You can explain a schema validation error to a non-technical project manager.
- The "AI" Mindset: You prefer automating solutions. You use tools to speed up your work rather than doing manual checks.
- Languages: English and Polish are mandatory for this role. (We need you to support Polish customers natively). Fluency in German, Italian, Spanish, or French is a strong plus.
✅ What We Offer
- A team that gives you space to grow, take ownership, and learn from trying.
- 25 vacation days per year (adjusted based on local labor laws).
- Flexible working hours and a hybrid work setup (or fully remote in DE/ES/IT).
- Budget for personal and professional development.
- Hardware of your choice (Windows, Linux, or Mac).
- A company culture that values clarity, well-being, and good work over noise.
