You will join a team where "Infrastructure as Code" is the law, not just a suggestion. Your goal is to maximize reliability while minimizing manual intervention. We are looking for an engineer who embraces AIOps and modern observability. You won't just stare at dashboards waiting for a red light; you will use AI tools and automated pipelines to detect anomalies before they become incidents. You will work closely with product teams to embed reliability into the software lifecycle, ensuring that our platform is resilient by design.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Treat Operations as Software: Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of our cloud-based systems (GCP), solving operational challenges through engineering.
• Intelligent Observability: Design and implement robust pipelines using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK, moving beyond static alerting thresholds to AI-driven anomaly detection.
• Automate Everything: Develop complex automation for repetitive tasks using Terraform (IaC) and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Argo/Flux CD). You will leverage AI coding assistants to rapidly generate, test, and deploy infrastructure scripts.
• Cluster Management: Manage and optimize our Kubernetes clusters, ensuring they are secure, cost-effective, and auto-scaling efficiently.
• Cloud-Native Consulting: Work closely with engineering teams to improve deployment maturity, serving as a consultant on how to build highly reliable applications.
• Fix Root Causes: Participate in on-call rotations with a strict focus on "Blameless Post-Mortems." We expect you to permanently fix the root cause so the pager doesn't ring twice for the same issue.

✨ What You Bring

• The Cloud Native Mindset: Strong experience with GCP (or AWS/Azure) and a deep, hands-on understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Automation First & AI-Ready: You hate doing things twice. You are proficient in Terraform/Ansible and CI/CD, and you eagerly use AI tools to automate the "boring parts" of scripting and infrastructure management.
• Observability Mastery: You understand the critical differences between logging, metrics, and tracing, and have proven experience with stacks like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Coding Skills: You are comfortable writing code in Go, Python, or Java to glue systems together or build internal developer tools.
• Systems & Network Depth: Solid experience with PostgreSQL, Linux internals, and a clear grasp of networking (DNS, load balancers, firewalls).
• Communication: Professional English is mandatory. You can clearly advocate for SRE best practices across the organization.
