💼 The Role:

We’re looking for an AI & Automation Intern to join our team.

We believe that high-growth companies shouldn't be bogged down by manual admin work. We are building a suite of internal "Agents" to automate our growth, sales, and support operations, and we need you to help build them.

In this role, you will be the bridge between our business goals and our technical infrastructure. You will design, build, and deploy agentic workflows that run in the background, allowing our teams to focus on strategy while your bots handle the busy work.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Build Agentic Workflows: You will design and ship multi-step automations using low-code platforms like n8n, Make.com, or Zapier to solve real business problems.
• Integrate Systems: You will connect our fragmented tech stack by integrating APIs, databases, and third-party services into seamless, streamlined processes.
• Debug & Optimize: You won't just build; you'll maintain. When a workflow breaks or an API changes, you will troubleshoot the issue and engineer a resilient fix.
• Write Custom Scripts: You will use Python or JavaScript to write custom logic code when off-the-shelf automation tools aren't enough.
• Document Your Logic: You will create clear documentation for your workflows so that non-technical stakeholders understand how the magic happens.
• Innovate: You will actively look for "slow" processes in the company and propose automated solutions to speed them up.

👀 What You Bring

• Education: You are currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• The Toolkit: You have basic familiarity with automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make) and understand the concept of "Agentic workflows."
• Technical Chops: You understand how the web works—specifically REST APIs, Webhooks, and JSON.
• Coding Basics: You have experience with a scripting language (Python or JavaScript) to handle data transformation and complex logic.
• Problem-Solving Attitude: You are the type of person who gets annoyed by repetitive tasks and immediately tries to script a solution.
• Communication: You can explain technical concepts to non-technical team members clearly.
