💼 The Role:

We’re looking for a Talent & Organisation - AI Intern to join our team.

This is a specialized role designed for a student with a background in Business Informatics, Data Science, or similar. You will sit at the intersection of people processes and process automation.

Your mandate is twofold: provide immediate operational relief to the Talent Acquisition team by managing hiring workflows, and simultaneously build long-term infrastructure that will increase the speed and data intelligence of our hiring function.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Sr. TA Partner and People Operations to identify manual bottlenecks and engineer automated solutions to fix them.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Build Automations: You will identify manual steps in our recruiting and onboarding processes and design automated workflows to save time and reduce errors.
• Manage Coordination: You will handle the complex scheduling of interviews and case studies across multiple calendars, ensuring a smooth experience for everyone involved.
• Drive Data Intelligence: You will turn raw hiring data into clear, predictive dashboards that help us make better strategic decisions.
• Support Recruiting: You will assist with screening candidates for junior roles, help with active sourcing, and manage initial outreach.
• Implement AI Solutions: You will explore and build AI-supported tools to improve internal knowledge sharing and answer recurring employee questions.
• Maintain System Hygiene: You will ensure our Applicant Tracking System and job boards are always accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready.
• Facilitate Onboarding: You will help coordinate pre-onboarding logistics and organize "Day One" setups for new hires.

• Education: You are currently studying or have recently graduated in Business Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Technical Proficiency: You have experience with automation concepts and tools, and understand how to work with APIs and data flows.
• Data Fluency: You are comfortable structuring data, building formulas, and creating visualizations.
• Operational Discipline: You can handle administrative tasks with high attention to detail and organization.
• Communication: You have excellent English skills (German is a plus) and are comfortable interacting with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
