As he steps into his new role as VP of Sales, Elias brings both continuity and fresh energy to the leadership team. In this interview, Elias shares insights about his journey at fiskaly, what excites him most about the road ahead, and his vision for the future.
Congratulations on your new role, Elias! Can you tell us a bit about your background and your journey at fiskaly so far?
Thank you! It has been quite a ride so far. Looking at my professional background, I’ve gained experience in consultancy, finance, and—after a short stint at Hofer—I joined fiskaly.
Back then, fiskaly was a completely different company: no product, no customers, but a clear mission. The company evolved and so has my role. Starting as a Sales Manager, Team Lead, Head of Sales and now VP Sales.
What motivates you about leading fiskaly’s Sales team at this exciting stage of the company’s growth?
I admire the people in the team and really think that we never had a stronger one before. It is a vibrant and dynamic environment – this is oftentimes fun, but can also be challenging at times. But we have a team of very kind and smart people who are willing and are ready to grow which is a great environment.
As VP of Sales, what will be your top priorities and goals moving forward?
Growing the org in terms of numbers and making the division futureproof and scalable for the opportunities to come.
fiskaly is expanding across multiple European markets. How do you plan to adapt the sales strategy to different local needs while maintaining a unified company vision?
Whenever we enter a new market, we build up local teams to stay close to our partners and truly understand the market. Especially in those dynamic early phases, it’s crucial to listen carefully and stay flexible. At the core of our activities is always to provide the best fiscalization solution and this is what brings all the markets together.
Looking ahead, what excites you most about fiskaly’s future?
Definitely the opportunities ahead. The pace of innovation, the growing impact of our solutions, and the chance to shape industries is incredibly motivating. I’m especially excited to see how our team continues to grow and evolve as we take on new challenges together.
