We have granted Prokura, a statutory commercial power of attorney under Austrian law, to two members of our leadership team. Since October 9, 2026, Elias Priesching, VP of Sales and Marketing, and Madhumitha Murali, VP of Finance, are authorized to sign and act on behalf of fiskaly.
Elias will represent fiskaly in customer contracts, while Madhumitha will act on our behalf in finance, procurement and supplier matters. For our customers and partners, this means shorter decision paths and faster execution across Europe.
Elias Priesching: from the first days to leading go-to-market across Europe
Elias joined us in our earliest days, when we had a clear mission but neither a product nor customers yet. He has grown alongside the business, moving from Sales Manager to Team Lead and Head of Sales, before being appointed VP of Sales and Marketing in 2025.
Today he leads our go-to-market organization across Europe. His focus is on scaling the team, building local market teams close to our partners, and making the division future-ready for continued growth. Before fiskaly, Elias gained experience in consultancy and finance.
"First of all, it's a sign of trust, and I take that seriously. Having helped build the commercial side from the beginning makes this personal for me. I also see it as recognition for the whole team. Every contract I sign on fiskaly's behalf exists because of the work our people do with customers and partners across Europe. For me, Prokura means more responsibility and faster decisions, so we can move quicker for our customers as fiskaly keeps growing."

Madhumitha Murali: building the finance function for scale
Madhumitha joined us in 2025 to build our finance function from the ground up.
She began her career at Goldman Sachs in India, then moved into equity research and portfolio management at a family office. After digitizing and growing her family's business and completing an MBA in Europe, she spent a decade scaling tech-enabled companies in Germany. Most recently, she was Director of Finance at Moonfare in Berlin, where she set up and scaled the finance department.
"Receiving Prokura at fiskaly means a great deal to me. It's a mark of trust from our shareholders and MDs, and a responsibility to represent the company with care. In practice, it means we can move faster on execution within the governance we've built. It's also a sign of where fiskaly is heading: as we scale, we're building the structures and professional rigour a company of our size needs."
– Madhumitha Murali, VP of Finance
A stronger foundation for growth
The two appointments come at a time of solid growth for us. According to the latest annual financial statement of fiskaly GmbH, our Austrian company, we more than doubled our equity in a single year, to €8.3 million, and closed the year in profit.
Much of that strength has been reinvested in our pan-European expansion, and today we are a team of 150 people across the company. This kind of growth calls for faster decisions and clearer structures, and that is exactly what the new Prokura appointments are designed to provide.
As Madhumitha puts it, we are building "the structures and professional rigour a company of our size needs", and as Elias adds, it is all about moving quicker for our customers.
With two new Prokuristen in Sales and Finance, we are building the structures to match our growth. We will keep scaling our teams across our European markets while keeping decisions close to our customers and partners.
